This Agreement apply in full force and affect your use of the Platform and by using any of our Services, you expressly accept all the terms and conditions contained herein in full without limitation or qualification, including our Privacy Policy.

Once a potential Tenant expresses interest in a property, the Landlord will send the Tenant a tenancy agreement after the necessary due diligence has been carried out.
Payments, including rental deposits and rent, are handled directly between the Landlord and Tenant, and are not processed through third-party payment providers. A potential Tenant is prohibited from paying rent or rental deposit into the personal account of anyone, an employee of the company, or an agent. The Landlord takes no liability for any rent paid into an account that is not the Landlord’s account.
